sarah+joe's third ward milwaukee engagement session

Typically when I ask clients when they want to shoot their engagement session words like “warmer,” “spring,” and “nicer out,” are said. Sarah+Joe wanted something in winter and so I was ready to oblige.

And, as most of you know, it was a COLD winter. So my hopes weren't high for a long outside session with them.

Well, a few months after we had set the date, we ended up with a 40 degree day (maybe the only one in Feb?) and had a great time walking around Milwaukee's Third Ward together. As you'll see, Joe was even willing to take a snowball or two. Why not, it's was all going to melt soon, right? (I think we ended up with another foot of snow after that day!)

But since spring is here (at least astronomically speaking) it's time to see some of the snow we're finally losing.
