What do you get when you take two funny people and put a camera in front of them – a lot of laughs all around! My wife joined me on this engagement shoot and we both had a wonderful time with Ann and Jason in downtown Milwaukee. Ann found me online when searching for wedding photographers. As we talked more, it turned out I already knew Jason from high school. He was kind enough to hire me anyway ;-) True story!
I’m looking forward to their wedding in less than a month! See you guys soon!

Took pictures! Actually, I put my camera down for most of the weekend to spend time with my lovely wife, a good book, and nature. We have had some absolutely amazing weather the past few days and Jess and I took every advantage of it we could. Long walks, kayaking on three lakes, laying on a dock looking up at the stars – it was a truly beautiful weekend.
Here’s to a beautiful fall! May you get every chance to enjoy it!

Kelsey and Matt tied the knot last month and I was honored to be there! It was a beautiful day in so many ways. Everyone treated me like an old friend (and some were old friends, so that’s good!) It was great to meet their friends and family and see how tight-knit they are. Matt’s brother gave one of the best toasts I’ve ever seen!
